A lot of Japanese tourists - in fact, 99% of the tourists are Japanese. The remaining 1% are the army men and women from the US in transit.
I went to the beach alone so no one was there to take better photos of me lounging about the sand.
Food was expensive - in BKK, you can get a decent meal for 1 USD.
